Benjamin Williams holds an MA in English and American Literature from the University of Texas at El Paso and is currently a PhD candidate in Literary and Cultural Studies at Carnegie Mellon University. His research focuses on the racialization of migration in documentary media related to the US-Mexico border. He has articles in Cultural Critique, ASAP/Journal, and Clues: A Journal of Detection.
